dc.description.abstract Psudoeganglion in relation to different nerves in the body is a known anatomical fact .However there are only a few references of pseudoganglion in relation to deep peroneal nerve. The present work was undertaken to study the form and occurrence of the pseudoganglion situated along lateral terminal branch of deep peroneal nerve. 20 cadaver lower limbs were dissected for this purpose. Both macroscopic as well as microscopic features of each ganglia was examined. All 20 lower limbs were found to have pseudoganglion. But their gross structure varied from one another. Factors responsible for formation of such ganglia has been discussed. Occurrence of such pseudoganglia in our body has to be emphasized as they can be mistaken for abnormal structures. en_US
