dc.description.abstract Spontaneous neonatal gastric perforation is a rare and serious surgical emergency. Many theories have been proposed for the pathogenesis of gastric perforation, but the etiology is still unknown. Good surgical outcome could be achieved by early diagnosis, resuscitation and early surgical intervention. Here, we present a case of spotaneous gastric perforation in 6 days baby, treated surgically with uneventful recovery. en_US
