dc.description.abstract Phagedenic ulcer is usually associated with infections due to staphylococcus, pseudomonas, streptococcus or fusospirochete in immu- nocompromised individuals. We report, for the first time, two cases of phagedenic ulcers in infants caused by Klebsiella pneumonia species. en_US
